| Michael McCall, AIA, President |

In 1989 Michael founded McCall Design Group from humble beginnings and grew the firm
to its present state of thirty full-time architects and designers doing
projects across the continental US for some of the largest companies around.
His expertise in design, project delivery and service has helped
established the firm as one of the biggest retail design practices in America,
and has earned him a solid reputation in the architecture and business
community.
Michael is committed to the continued growth of both the practice and the
individuals who participate in it. He is an active supporter of architectural
educational, has taught and visited architecture studios as a critic, and has
given lectures at a number of schools across the U.S. He is an active
participant on the Board of Directors of a number of foundations and educational
institutions.

| Kenneth Moy, AIA, Senior Vice President |

Kenneth Moy brings years of management and design experience on award winning
healthcare, government and commercial projects to McCall Design Group. As a senior
executive member, Ken oversees the daily operations of the firm, working
directly with project architects and clients to ensure high-standards of practice,
and smooth project delivery.

| John W Chan, NCARB, Senior Vice President, Director of Information Services |
|
As Senior Vice President and Director of Information Services, John helps direct
the company on two fronts. He has been instrumental in developing and carrying
out the the firm's technology strategy: From the highly robust, and integrated
networked CAD systems to the new generation of project extranets and new
Internet based initiatives.
His technical achievements in no way preclude his experience as an architect.
He has been project manager on numerous retail and commercial projects.

| Mark Koch, AIA, Vice President |
|
Mark is responsible for major retail
accounts, including the scheduling, staffing, budgeting and
client relations of the Victoria's Secret store development account.
Prior to joinging McCall Design Group, Mark was a senior
Director for The Gap, Inc. During his 12 years at The Gap,
he held various positions with a wide range of reponsibilities,
which included project management of store development,
corporate facilities planning and management, Director of Banana Republic
store planning and construction, Senior Director of Store Maintenance, and
Director of Architectural Operations. Before working for The Gap, Mark
had 12 years of professional architectural experience and was involved with
projects in the commercial, industrial, military, housing and medical sectors.

| Steve Nelson, AIA, Senior Associate |
|
Steve has directed projects for Jamba Juice, The Gap, Banana Republic, Gymboree,
and Whole Earth Access. Prior to joining McCall Design Group, Steve was principal
architect for a major architectural firm, specializing in retail, commercial, and residential projects. Some of his work includes Chez Panisse Restaurant, Diamond Oaks Winery, the 710 Sansome Street building renovation, The Nature Company, Patagonia, Rincon Center, The Cannery, Imaginarium and San Carlos Senior Citizens Center.

| Richard Garratt, Senior Associate |
|
Rich has been with McCall Design Group since its inception in 1989. He has
directed various retail projects for major clients such
as The Gap, Banana Republic, Williams-Sonoma and Gymboree. His professional experience
includes over eleven years in architectural design, production management, and
construction administration. He has directed design, construction of hospital and
medical buildings, office buildings, newspaper printing plants, residential buildings
across the United States.

| David Lew, Senior Associate |
|
David joined McCall Design Group as associate with a background in commercial
retail and civic projects. David has managed projects for the Gap, Old Navy,
Banana Republic, Gymboree, Garden Botanika, Bombay Company, Gazoontite and
Cost Plus. With over one hundred Old Navy stores to his credit as well as
dozens of Gaps and Banana Republics, he has achieved expertise in the dynamic
process of multi project development. He is currently managing a number of
projects for The Limited, Inc. and has taken a lead role in developing our guidelines
for special projects feasibility studies.
Prior to joining McCall Design Group, David worked on numerous commercial
retail centers in the northern California area including the Pacific West Outlet
center in Gilroy, Rose Pavilion in Pleasanton, and Arden Fair Shopping Center in
Sacramento. As project manager for Pacific West Outlet Center in Gilroy,
David was involved in all phases of the project. He was also on the
architectural team for the Colma Bay Area Rapid Transit station which was part
of the BART expansion toward the San Francisco International Airport.

| Anja Rohde Albertson, AIA, Senior Associate |
|
Anja Rohde Albertson has been with McCall Design Group since 1996. She has
worked on projects including Jamba Juice corporate headquarters in the Potrero
Hill district in San Francisco, development of restaurant prototype and
construction of several locations for Wrapworks (division of Chevy's) and
several flagship stores for Banana Republic. Anja successfully managed two
W Hotel projects in Chicago: City Center and Lakeshore.
Prior to her work at McCall Design Group, Anja lived and worked in New York
City where she was involved with projects including the Soho Grand Hotel, the
Dalton School Science Center, renovation of the Beekman Tower Hotel as well as
various residential, commercial and retail projects. Anja was also involved
with a mixed use high-rise building at 388 Pine Street in San Francisco.
