Ritz-Carlton, Avenue of the Arts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. An adaptive reuse of a turn of the century bank building located on the busiest retail street in Philadelphia. The classic interior of the store evokes the grandeur of bank buildings of a bygone era. The main rotunda space and the side space were developed into a bar and dining spaces for the hotel.
